It took us about 9 hours to get to Orlando because we had to travel through some heavy rain as we left Atlanta. Other than the rain it wasn't a bad trip at all - and that's saying a lot since we had a toddler, dog and pregnant woman in the car!
Once we arrived in Disney, we dropped Flash off at the Disney Kennel at Epcot. It was actually cheaper for Flash to stay on Disney property and we thought it would be fun for him to get to enjoy Disney too!
After getting Flash situationed, we checked into our hotel - the All-Star Music Resort - and met up with our friends, Ashley, Todd, Tucker and Addie- who were joining us for the week. We ventured off to Downtown Disney and enjoyed a delightful meal at the Earl of Sandwich (thanks, Em, for the recommendation!)Wesley, Jackson and I called it a night a little early so we could get situated before the festivities of the week began!
