Labor Day

In celebration of Labor Day, Chick-fil-a was offering a free chicken sandwich to all customers wearing college sports attire. Since our family never turns down a free deal, we ventured out to Chick-fil-a with our friends the Howards.

We arrived early hoping to beat the crowds and it paid off. We easily found a table and got our cheap, cheap food.

After a delicious lunch, we headed into the play area. Though Jackson has climbed up the Chick-fil-a slide many times, today he was a little scared. He made it up once fine but on his second attempt, he got scared.

All of the sudden, we heard crying coming from the tunnel.

Since I'm pregnant and Wesley is a little too big to climb up the slide, our dear friend Ashley gracuiousley climbed up the stairs to bring Jackson to safety. Of course, Wesley had to snap a picture of her in action.

This was not the first time Ashley has had to retrieve a child from the tunnels and I am sure it won't be the last!
