Wee Swim

For the past four weeks, Jackson has been completing a refresher course for ISR. He graduated from the program last year, but they encourage the students to come back each year before swim season to get reacquainted with the water.

Last Friday, he tested out in summer and winter clothes. Each time he does that, I am amazed. His instructor Kim simulates falling into the water and allows him to rescue himself. He did it perfectly!

Yesterday, we went for the final session in his bathing suit and he spent 10 minutes jumping off the stairs, swimming to Kim, and swimming back to the stairs. He was having so much fun! I can't wait for it to warm up enough to play at the pool in the neighborhood.

To congratulate him for completing the course, we took Jackson on a ride on the mall train. This time Wesley got to join him. He loved it!
